Recently, we had the pleasure of working with a young family in Royersford who were facing a common issue in SouthEastern PA: hard water. This persistent problem led to the accumulation of minerals on glass door tracks and other areas in their shower, resulting in mold that standard household cleaners couldn’t eliminate. Frustrated and ready for a change, the family decided it was time to completely remodel their primary bathroom.

When the Maxwell team first met with the couple, their vision was clear. The wife expressed her desire for a simple yet elegant look, specifically requesting ‘Millennial Grey’. With this direction, our team set out to create a cohesive and stylish bathroom design. The family opted to purchase their own vanity, tub, and plumbing materials, while it was our responsibility to provide all the installation materials, lighting, and tile.

The Final Touches
The bathroom renovation culminated in a stunning space characterized by simplicity and sophistication. The cherry on top was the paint selection of Sherwin Williams Olympus White, affectionately referred to by the family as ‘Millennial Grey’. This perfect shade complemented the elegantly grounded floor tile and the classically white vanity and tub, tying the entire look together. The new frameless glass enclosure with a shower guard will prevent minerals from building up on the glass. In addition, large format tiles reduce grout lines for mineral collection, while the sleek bathtub design will make cleaning easier.
