Our business has always been about more than demonstrating our skill in painting and contracting. We’re passionate about being in the business of building community and making meaningful connections with people. Those are the values that are at the heart of everything we do. Our clients can feel the difference from their first encounters with our team.
The Maxwell team takes great pride in its community. Our team grew up in and continues to live in the neighborhoods that we serve. We employ a core group of people, some of which we’ve known for decades, that we consider family. We enjoy spending time with each other on a day to day basis, but most of all, we’ve enjoyed celebrating life’s milestones with each other outside of work – birthdays, weddings, births, etc.
When we’re not working, we are actively involved in our communities through our personal interests and our kids’ activities. Our interests are vast which makes us a fascinating group to get to know. We take an active role in our neighborhoods and our passion is helping to create value and beauty in the place that we all call home.
